  4. The Project Manager will let you know of any changes, revealed problems or project contingencies ASAP.
  5. You’ll receive proactive communication from our team and you’ll be provided with real options should things not go to plan.
  6. You’ll get what you pay for, as detailed in writing in our “Scope of Works.”
  7. You can be confident in how quickly we respond to issues if they arise.
  8. If any tradespeople on our team are shown to be late, unreliable, rude, intoxicated and not able to perform their task, they will be asked to leave the site, and replaced.
  9. We share your passion for your renovation project and will work forward to provide an inspired end result for you.
  10. You can be assured of our commitment to respect the privacy of your personal information.
  11. You will receive a final account of all monies spent.
  12. We will never be influenced or sold out due to singular loyalties or supplier commissions. You will always receive correct advice and be led without financial bias.
  13. As new product launches, scoop product purchases and new sourcing opportunities do become available, we commit to allowing you take advantage of any new opportunities.
